Joel holds a  degree in Bachelors of Engineering  In Civil and Building Engineering from Kyambogo University. He also holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Elgon Technical College, Mbale. 

He has been working in the construction industry since 2008 implementing housing construction projects in the private and commercial sector. On these projects, he has worked as the project lead Engineer giving oversighted to the entire team of assistant engineers, technicians and all site personnel while leading client engagements. 

Joel is passionate about his profession and what he does, most importantly he loves delivering quality housing construction projects in time.
